NewInstant watchlist alerts for schools

Know who is on your campus — the moment they arrive.

QbitVisuals turns the CCTV cameras your school already has into an AI safety system. Staff and students are recognised automatically. If someone on your watchlist — a criminal, a sex offender or a banned person — appears on camera, the principal and the school owner are alerted immediately.

Capabilities

Every face at the gate, accounted for.

Register the people who belong on campus once. QbitVisuals recognises them on every camera, flags anyone on your watchlist, and keeps an evidence trail for every alert.

Recognition

Recognise authorised people

Register staff, students and approved visitors once from a photo. QbitVisuals names them on every camera, and anyone it cannot match with confidence is logged as an unregistered visitor rather than guessed at.

Watchlist

Flag who must never enter

Mark a registered face as Criminal, Sex offender, Banned or Other. From that moment the person is drawn in red on every camera and an alert is raised the instant they appear.

Instant alerts to leadership

When a watchlisted person appears on a live camera, the principal and the school owner are emailed straight away with the person’s name and the reason they are flagged, so they can act before anyone is at risk.

A summary in plain English

Every scan ends with a short written account of who came in, when, and any watchlist sightings, ready to share with management.

Private by design

Footage and face data stay in your school’s own secure cloud, encrypted at rest, and only staff you approve can sign in.

Evidence

Evidence for every alert

An annotated video comes back with every person boxed and named — green for authorised, red for watchlist — so any alert can be checked against the footage that produced it.

Alerts

Every person, clearly classified.

Each person on camera falls into one category, so staff can see at a glance who belongs on campus and who needs attention.

Authorised

Staff & students

Registered faces recognised on camera and shown with a green box. No alert is raised.

Visitor

Unregistered person

Someone not in your register — logged and counted as a visitor, never guessed to be someone else.

Watchlist

Criminal · sex offender · banned

A flagged face — drawn in red on every frame and reported to the principal and school owner immediately.

Integrity

No false alarms from objects

Stillness and object checks stop a coat on a chair or a poster on a wall from ever being reported as a person.

Anything else? Contact support at support@aivisualz.com and we reply within one business day.

Do we need new cameras or hardware?

No. QbitVisuals works with the CCTV cameras your school already has. There are no new cameras, no wearables and no software to install on staff or student devices.

Who receives the alerts?

The principal and the school owner — or anyone you nominate — receive an email the moment a watchlisted person is detected on a live camera, with the person’s name and the reason they are flagged. In recorded-video scans the person is marked in red and named in the written summary.

How do we add someone to the watchlist?

Register the person’s face from a photo, then mark them as Criminal, Sex offender, Banned or Other. From then on they are drawn in red on every camera and every sighting raises an alert.

What footage can we analyse?

Live camera feeds, or standard MP4 / H.264 recordings. Upload a file directly (up to 1 GB), or share a Google Drive link for longer recordings (up to 2 GB — roughly 80 minutes of 1080p).

How long does a scan take?

Short clips return in minutes. A long video read frame by frame runs in the background and typically completes in about 5–15 minutes, with previews appearing as each segment finishes.

Where is our footage and face data stored?

In your school’s own secure cloud, encrypted at rest and in transit. Only staff you approve can sign in and see it.

How does it identify people?

You register a person once from a photo or a short live capture. They are then recognised on every camera. Anyone not registered is logged as a visitor rather than being guessed to be someone else.

How do we get help?

Email support@aivisualz.com. Staff sign in with their Microsoft or Google account, so there are no separate passwords to manage.
